It’s election day in Pennsylvania, which in combination with delightful spring weather conditions ought to bring every registered voter out to the polls.
It’s also an auspicious election here in Lackawanna County. Voters will be asked either to keep the county’s long-running at-large three-commissioner form of government (a “no” vote), or cast it aside in favor of a district based seven-member county council headed by an elected county executive (a “yes” vote). Regardless of whether you vote my way or not, though, just get out there and VOTE.
